Location is everything. At least that is what I was led to believe during my time as a luxury real estate agent several years ago. With time, however, I realised that there was a lot more to it; choosing where to live was much more of an emotional decision than I could ever have anticipated. My clients wanted somewhere that felt like ‘home’, rather than just choosing a property for the value of its address alone.
