Judi Dench: love at 80

We simply adore the inspirational Dame Judi Dench! Born on December 9th 1934 in York, England, Dench is a well-respected English actor and author. Dench made her professional acting debut in 1957 with the Old Vic Company, in the years following, she performed in several Shakespeare plays such as Hamlet, Macbeth, and Romeo and Juliet. For decades Dench has had her hand in British theater and film. Making a name for herself as one of the most significant British theater performers and working for both the National Theater Company and the Royal Shakespeare Company; You make recognize her best as M, the head of the fictional Secret Intelligence Service M16 in the James Bond Movies. Dench has been nominated for countless awards, and holds 6 British Academy Film Awards, 4 BAFTA Awards, 6 Oliver Awards, 2 Screen Actors Guild Awards, 2 Golden Globes, and Academy Award, a Tony Award, and an Oscar. Although she had gained great success in her career, Dench lost the love of her life in 2001 and was unsure she would ever love again…until recently.
